| Description Of Damage: |
This unit struck a power pole with its right side lower rail and front axle. The damage includes the right lower rail, slope rail and front hopper. The right side needs 4 ext. panels, about 12 posts and the inner liner panel. The top rail is bowed too. The hopper needs a right slope panel and some inner stiffeners.
The front axle tires hit the power pole and pushed the axle back. The right front air arm hanger is bent down and the suspension sub frame is cracked. The cross beam above the sub frame is also cracked. The axle damage is unknown. The owner chained the front axle up and hauled the trailer to Fargo, ND.
The tarp is torn on the right side and the tarp bar is bent. The tarp has a slight tear on the left side also.
Both hopper gates operate. The left side has a slight bow in the top and bottom rails at the trailer center. |
