Additional Features:	Per owner, new head, turbo, EGR and rods & mains bearings done at approximately 720,000 miles. 941,794 is most recent documented on morning of loss 2/22/15.

Description Of Damage:	Impacted with DOT truck plow. Front bumper fair, damaged opposite side as impact. Hood and right fender are poor. Grille is good with minor damage & emblem missing. Left fender is fair. A/C condenser is bowed and listed as fair. A/C compressor, air compressor, charge air cooler, radiator, fa & fan clutch all appear to be good. Engine, engine brake, heads, block, oil pan, starter, turbo & flywheel housing appear good. Steer axle, steer brakes, springs, spindles & steering box appear good. Air cleaner is good. Left cowl side is good, right is poor. Windshield & cab are poor. Dash, right moto mirror & right power window are poor. AM/FM/CD/ST, instruments & 9 gauges appears good. Beige sleeper interior is good, left cab interior is good, right is poor. Right seat is good, left is fair. Both bunks & sleeper compartments appear good. Left cab mount is good, right is fair. Roof and left door are good, right door is poor. 75” condo integral sleeper is fair with right side damage. Rear sleeper mounts are good. Vertical sleeper extenders are good. Transmission is being listed as fair, per owner transmission would not shift after loss, no obvious physical damage, may be electrical issue from wiring harness damage. Bell housing is good. Battery box is good with minor damage, latch missing, batteries are good. Dual aluminum 120gallon fuel tanks are good. Fuel tank fairings are fair with typical cracks near the tool & battery boxes. Exhaust is fair. Frame appears okay, but may have slight sway or diamond. Power divider, differentials, drive axle housings, drive air ride suspension & brakes all appear good. Holland air slide 5th wheel appears okay. 6 Budd Aluminum & 4 steel hub pilot wheels are good. Rigmaster APU appears good with minor cosmetic damage.
