| Description Of Damage: |
The damage includes the left side sleeper panel, driver's door frame, top of drivers door, rear panel, left side extenders and brackets, left side sleeper sill and floor and cross members. Damage also includes minor scuffing of the roof cap and it is separated at the top of left side sleeper panel. The L.S. cargo door frame is also damaged. There is minor damage to the lower right side dash panel. Some of the interior panels in the left rear of the sleeper are bowed out but not seriously damaged. The hood shell and front bumper are not damaged. No damage was noted to the engine, transmission and flywheel housing. No damage seen to the frame of rear ends. |

There was an in-frame overhaul on the engine at 973,807 miles on May 25, 2016. . Documentation shows shows the cost of the in-frame overhaul is approx $21,000. |
