unit has an aluminum cab guard with three storage compartments in it. The cab guard has fenders on it to accommodate a lift axle. This unit does not have a lift axle. |

| Description Of Damage: |
The loss unit left the roadway and went into a field where the hood fell off and the loss unit ran over it. The damage includes the front bumper, hood assembly, grille assembly, hood hinges, pins and bushings, headlight assemblies, bumper mount tabs on spring hangers. Battery box is shot as are the batteries and battery wiring. Left front corner of sleeper is dented and the roof of the sleeper is scuffed up. Both fuel tanks are shot as are the fuel tank straps. The belly band is torn off as well. Front shocks and mounts are damaged and the leaf springs appear to be damaged. Both drive tires are also damaged. One drive wheel is nicked but that can be repaired. There is also damage to the rear suspension spring eye saddles and bolts and the U-Bolts. Axle stops are bent and the left front axle stop is snapped off. The front drive axle housing is racked to the side. The axles may be bent as well. The frame could possible have damage also. The cab's air ride shock mounts on back sleeper panel have been pulled out. It is not know if the cab air ride has more extensive damage than that. left exhaust stack and muffler were also torn off. |

The unit had an in-frame engine overall in June of 2016, for which we have documentation. It also had a new turbo installed in September 2016. New flywheel housing in January 2015. |
