This is a fixed tri-axle with a front Hendrickson lift axle and a rear Hendrickson lift axle, both steerable. This unit had a Chameleon curtain van body on it but it was totally destroyed. All the curtain van parts will be hauled to the dump. |

| Description Of Damage: |
This unit rolled completely over which tore the curtain van off the trailer. The damage to the flatbed includes both outer rails, nose rail, a few winches, and one tire on the front lift axle. The frame is probably twisted. The coupler plate damage is unknown. |
