Description Of Damage:	The truck was on a trailer being transported. The truck was positioned with the rear of drill rig facing forward. The drill head impacted a bridge and was dislodged from the mast assembly. It then went back on top of the truck. The mast was forced down damaging the transport cradle. The drill head is severely damaged, the mast needs replaced, the rails for the drill rig base looks bent, the hydraulic tank is damaged also. The chassis has roof damage, W/S, hood and left fender.


Comments:	The truck started and ran when unloading. The brake pedal goes down to the floor possibly the fluid reservoir was damaged. We could not open the hood but the coolers do not appear to be leaking.
