Description Of Damage: Truck was struck by a car in the left front and down the entire left side including the sleeper & front rear/outer wheel & tire.  
Comments: The truck's engine was rebuilt @ Freightliner approximately 18 months ago and the clutch was replaced at the same time ( repair order available upon request). The front end has been rebuilt within the last 18 months as well.
