IT APPEARS THE OPERATOR GOT TO CLOSE TO THE EDGE OF THE BANK AND WENT INTO THE KANAWHA RIVER. THE UNIT WAS IN THE RIVER 20 FEET BELOW THE SURFACE OF THE WATER. THE HILLSIDE WAS APPROXIMATELY 75 FEE TO THE SURFACE OF THE WATER. |
