Description Of Damage:	Truck hit a concrete pedestal in a parking lot, damaging a cool pack and tearing off the engine oil pan. Front frame is swung over to the right. The bunk has a hole in the roof. The rest of the cab is undamaged.


Comments:	Truck was in average condition. All rear tires are new caps.
