These repairs were completed. They drained any hydraulic fluid out of the machine along with draining the fuel tank and then disassemble the rear of the tractor including removing the ROPS, Seat, Floor board, 3 point, fuel tank, drive shafts , various hydraulic lines and electrical connections and remove the rear housing from the rest of the tractor and then remove the hydrostat to gain access to the front cover of the rear housing where the filter broke off.. then they install all new seals into the new front cover of the rear housing and install it onto the rear housing and then reassemble the machine back in reverse order of disassembly and then install a new hydraulic filer and fill the machine back with fluids and test for proper operation. |

Description Of Damage: |
After replacing the front cover on the transmission due to the hydraulic filter being broken off. The tech found that the machine lacked both power and speed when trying to move. He also noted that the steering is jumpy and not smooth when turning. Tech tried to adjust the steering and hydrostat with no improvements. These components could have been compromised when the machine hydraulic filer was broken off and the machine lost all hydraulic fluid. Now it needs to be disassemble and replace the hydrostatic pump, hydraulic pump, hydraulic gear pump with valve and steering control unit. |
